Shelly Alexander, Seattle Member Since February 2008 Artist Statement My name is Shelly Alexander, a Seattle based general photographer. My gateway into photography has been as a retouch artist, a style derived from art and cinematography, based on light & shadow, contrast, hues and tones, developed with the teachings of my parents. I like to think of it this way, I am married to retouching; my mistress is photography.
