Artist Statement As a recently retired high school language teacher, I am now able to focus more time on my lifelong hobby. I hold an Associate in Fine Arts degree from the Community College of Rhode Island, and have studied at the Adult Learning Center, Virginia Beach, Virginia, as well as the Attleboro Arts Museum, Attleboro, Massachusetts. I am particularly interested in working with mixed media, focusing on nature, landscapes, seascapes and still lifes.
I consider art to be a life journey, and my aim is to explore, experiment and enjoy the ride!
