Artist Statement As an Artist, I’ve has been working along Northwest Florida’s Emerald Coast since graduating college in 2001. I received my B.A in Computer Animation from the University of Central Florida, but my love for colored pencils led me down a more colorful path as an illustrator. I use my eye for shape and love of color to create whimsical, contemporary pieces as well as more conservative and realistic projects.

I’m drawn to the creative freedom festival posters allow me and won my first poster contest (ArtsQuest Fine Arts Festival 2002) at the age of 22. Since then I have won and been commissioned to design posters for such organizations as: The Mattie Kelly Foundation, Cultural Arts Association, Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Fort Walton Beach Main Street Association. My Addy award winning Illustrations can also be found used by such clients as Turton Tea and Destin Chops.

My work is collected by art enthusiasts across the country, and her my illustrations can be found on the cover of local publications such as “Life’s a Beach” and “Beachcomber”.
