Description I often went hiking around Shaver's Creek near State College, PA. One day I decided to stray from the path and wander out into the woods. As I was walking I cam across this abandoned house in the middle of the woods. There were two old rusted cars outside and this is a shot of a window on one of the cars.

Artist Statement I am a lover of all forms of art including painting, drawing, photography, digital art, graphic design, and much more. I have just relocated to Portland, Oregon all the way from central Pennsylvania.

I have always had a passion for photography as far back as I can remember. I try to take my camera with me no matter where I go, because you never know when an opportunity for a beautiful shot will arise.

Although I love photographing most anything, I mostly enjoy the outdoors and try my best to create the feeling of being there in my photos. I also go out of my way to look at things from various angles that most people would normally not see things from.

I also enjoy doing macro photography as well. I feel it is a true art form and talent to be able to find beauty in a space only a few inches wide. Whether it's a pattern in a rock or on a tree, some moss growing on a wall, or any other minutia, I feel that when one stops to take a moment and look around them, the beauty of our world is sometimes overpowering.

Thank you for checking out my artwork, and I hope that you can find something you like and would be proud to hang upon your wall in your home or office. I have taken the time to individualize each piece with a mat and frame that I feel suites it well, but of course you are free to customize them as you see fit.
