Description The text in this poster are quotes by the author, Don Miguel Ruiz (born 1952), who is a Mexican author of Toltec spirituality and neoshamanistic texts. Significantly influenced by Carlos Castaneda, his work focuses on the Ancient Toltec teachings that are used to achieve happiness, serenity, and love through the application of spiritual principles. His most famous and influential work, The Four Agreements, was published in 1997 and has sold about 4 million copies. The message of the book advocates personal freedom from beliefs that we have made with ourselves and others that create limitation and unhappiness. I have found great wisdom and peace from practicing these principles in my daily life. The poster and graphics are by Matthew Schwartz. Copyright Matthew Schwartz 2014.
