Artist Statement Ruth Tremblay is a Minnesota photographer and artist. Her current work
"The Barns of Carver County" is an artistic and historical effort that documents the barns and farmsteads that are disappearing from the local countryside. Ruth photographs the barns that still exist and captures the barns that have long faded into history with pen & ink and watercolor. Ruth has been an artist for over 25 years.
"Preserving history for future generations in my art makes this one of my most significant works" says Ruth.
