Description A color photograph of a section of Manhattan's High Line at 10th Avenue and 16th Street. Between 1934 and 1980 an elevated portion of the New York Central Railroad known as the Northern Spur brought freight trains directly into the Merchants Refrigerating Company Warehouse in Chelsea.
