Artist Statement I am a contemporary realist from Indiana. I enjoy most any subject, but horses are my passion. I work mainly in acrylics and my work is generally quite large, rarely under 36x48, though I'm embarking on a series of small quick-brush paintings as a contrast to my large pieces. My paintings are in private and corporate collections, as well as museum collections, throughout the U.S. and abroad. I'm immensely grateful, and daily surprised, I have the ability to paint and believe it's a gift from a higher power. I like people, and I LOVE to paint!
