Artist Statement I am originally from the Jersey Shore. Both of my parents were artists. So the love of art was natural. In high school I started to work with photography and quickly fell in love with the camera. In college I was the yearbook photographer. Since then I married and moved south. Raised my children and started painting in 2003. My passion is with oils. My style of painting is alla prima. Art has been an important part of my whole life. Each place I have been on the east coast has inspired me with many ideas
