Artist Statement I have been an artist since I was 14 and picked up a camera. Have studded under Gasson at OU, Ivy School of art, University of Pittsburgh.
I like to take everyday images and find the greatness in them. Gasson told me If you cannot find an image in your own back yard you will never be a true artist.
I have lived many lives. Some with the rich and living calm. After the divorce I went over the edge and lived a life of wild debauchery. I have seen it all. Have spent a lot of time in mental hospitals because of what I have seen and done.
Am calm now and take care of two people with problems greater than I. My mother with dementia and a homicidal paranoid schizophrenic.
My life is still not the average.
I was the premier fitness trainer in Pittsburgh for 20 years till my body began to give out. Can still break a jaw with one punch but have too much love for other in me now to hurt unless defending the weak.
I am a very good artist and have sold so many paintings all over the world. Many of the sales I do not remember because I was too high.
Life is a wild ride and you better take the most you can for this is not the dress rehearsal
