Artist Statement I enjoy travelling the world, meeting new people and cultures, and of course photography. All of my photos are taken with digital cameras, mostly the Canon 5D and Canon 300D. My favorite subjects are Nature; I love to try to capture the beauty that it presents in landscapes and wildlife. I don't believe in manipulating my photos or making "digital creations" through photoshop although I do process the raw images to adjust exposure, crop and tint to match the color, composition and lighting of the subject...I believe the photo should only reflect the scene that was shot, nature doesn't need photoshop. I have visited a lot of places in the world and have found Australia to be a photographers paradise as that is where you will see most of my gallery photos are taken. I do have plans for visiting South Africa, Mozambique and Tanzania in about six months for some wildlife and landscape photography.
