Joan Minchak, Richfield Member Since June 2009 Artist Statement Joan Minchak, along with her husband, Bob Minchak, are Coupon Publishers for over 25 years, mailing JB DOLLAR STRETCHER MAGAZINE every five weeks to over 3.96 million addresses. This popular magazine is delivered to Ohio, Michigan, parts of Kentucky, Pennsylvania and Indiana.
As a graphic designer in the 1980s, Joan originally designed the magazine and is currently active in it's operations. Their company employs over 150 people locally.
The couple have enjoyed numerous awards including finalists for the Entrepreneur of the Year, the Inc. 500 and have been featured on the front cover of Inc. Magazine. Recently, the company has branched out into electronic media, introducing electronic coupons and their half off daily deals at JBDOLLAR.COM.
