Description The first Abstract I have been able to do for awhile. During the summer it my computer gets to hot to spend the many hours doing a Rendering, so I have to take a break. Now that it is winter and much cooler out, let the creating resume!I am calling this one, The Tholian Web..... because it kind of reminds me of a certain episode on a Show.

My work explores the relationship between Trompe l'oeil and surreal Abstracts. With influences as diverse as Leonardo da Vinci and Buckminster Fuller, new variations are generated from both explicit and implicit dialogues.
Ever since I was a child I have been fascinated by the theoretical limits of all Art.
What starts out as vision soon becomes contemporaneously into a hegemony of wild abandonment, leaving only a sense of peace or chaos with the stroke of a pen and with the likelihood of a new reality.
As wavering derivatives become clarified or distorted through diligent and critical practice, depending on my mood, the viewer is left with a new agenda of dream like thoughts or questions of our condition.
Art should always be fun and experimental.
