Artist Statement Tim Warneka is a keynote speaker, leadership coach, clinical counselor, author and Aikido black belt. Tim is the author of the internationally-acclaimed book, "Leading People the Black Belt Way: Conquering the Five Core Problems Facing Leaders Today." Tim has also written "Healing Katrina: Volunteering in Post-Hurricane Mississippi," the story of the blogs and personal journal Tim kept while he was volunteering with a national disaster relief organization in Southern Mississippi six weeks after Hurricane Katrina hit in 2005. Tim has also co-authored (with his brother Patrick, a professional photographer), "The Way of Leading People: Unlocking Your Integral Leadership Skills with the Tao Te Ching." Tim's newest book is a foray into the spiritual side of leadership entitled, "Black Belt Leader, Peaceful Leader: An Introduction to Catholic Servant Leadership."
