Description This photograph was taken in British Columbia, Canada. It's just up the coast from Vancouver on the road to the Whistler. It's not visible from the road, so I had to catch a train to get it.

Artist Statement I've always been fascinated with images, whether drawn, painted or taken with a camera, but never had opportunity to explore what I could learn and do. I have an aptitude for computers, so followed that career path instead.
The Internet has given me a second chance to see how far my creativity can be stretched. Digital camera technology and vast online learning resources have enabled me to learn the basics of photography, and via microstock agencies such as iStockPhoto, I've learned how to create images that sell. Now I want to move on beyond stock photography to sell images that have mood and beauty, so here I am at imagekind.
I hope you enjoy the images on here, and take into account that I am still in the early stages of a learning journey. The journey is the reward.
