Description This peacock is strutting and dancing for the world to see. He spins quickly in a half circle and the four foot long spread of tail feathers lag behind his move and almost encircle his body. The second time he made that move I was ready, and I got this shot.

Howard Bagley

Howard was born and educated in San Diego, California. While pursuing music and art at a young age, as an adult both music and art took a back seat to a successful business career.

Since taking an early business retirement at age 49, Howard has developed as a successful and award winning photographer with not only sales of his “fine art photography,” but publication in two national magazines. He also has numerous newspaper publications and an album (CD) cover to his credit.

As an event photographer, Howard's clients include: the Southern California Multiple Sclerosis Society; the International Society of Professional Fund Raisers; the San Diego County Social Services Group (annual Wine & Roses event); the Olaf Wieghorst Museum and Western Heritage Center; the Miss El Cajon Scholarship Pageant; St. Madeleine Sophie’s Center; Friends of East County Arts, Inc. Howard has photographed San Diego Charger Head Coach Norv Turner, Charger owner Dean Spanos, (also the Chargetts) and Congressman Duncan Hunter.

Howard is past president of a San Diego based art league and the Gallery Director for the St. Clair Gallery, a venue where all fine art disciplines are exhibited throughout the year.
