Artist Statement Hi,

I have always been creative and loved art, especially drawing and painting. I haven't done it for years due to lack of time with working and being a mom, and just over the past two years or so picked up on it again. I work full-time as a medical transcriptionist, which does not allow for much creativity. So whenever I get the chance I get my creative fix from painting. I like to paint abstract impasto type paintings for the freedom and fun of it but also enjoy the challenge of more detailed, realistic painting in the form of animals and landscapes.
