Artist Statement My name is Nora Branson and I am a public school foreign language teacher. I am not a professional artist, I have never attended any art schools and I have never learned how to create art though both my father and brother are artists. Art is just my hobby that I enjoy creating when I feel like that. I like abstract art because in the era of technology and digital photography we can take a picture better than any painting. In abstract art you just use your imagination and sense of color; you are not limited in your emotions and expressions.
I like working with canvas, acrylic, and plaster.
I also love to take pictures of Florida, where i live, and share its stunning beauty with the world.
