Artist Statement I am a divorced mother of five whose life has been a rollercoaster. The one constant is my love of art. I've had a camera in my hand or in my purse or the trunk of my car for as long as I can remember. I shot photos of my family when I was just 12 or so...I'm still shooting photos of my family, but my role has changed to mom, grandmom... but now and forever, THE PHOTOGRAPHER.
I find art everywhere I look. I love going on location in what would appear to be the most boring place in the world and finding what no one else sees.
I am hoping to support myself and my youngest daughter with my talent one day. I have a website and I really like this site. I just got here, so I'm still adding photos daily. Please check back and see my work. I am very diverse. I've shot everything from historic buildings burning to the ground to weddings with lots of flowers and smiles and tears.
I sometimes think artists are the loneliest and most misunderstood people in the universe.
