Artist Statement Jason Harper is fairly new to the photography world, however, has taken to it with a passion equivalent to that of music... his first love within the Arts.
MOTOWN is a major influence for his music and it is hoped that the characteristics (The soulfulness, natural flow) found within that influence are also found within the imagery captured in his photos. During travels either within the United States or abroad, any opportunity to attempt to capture the beauty from the surroundings, either via the landscape, the people, etc... is an opportunity that is not wasted.
