Description The quote reads, The artist is nothing without the gift but the gift is nothing without work. The piece itself is a bit difficult to read, but was intentional. Many different readings can come forth from the design based on how a person looks at it.This quote is pretty self-explanatory. Everyone needs to utilize their raw talent and not refuse to let it go to waste. Too much talent is being withheld by individuals and they need a create outlet to put that talent to use . Every person must show people who they are and what they are capable of.The light bulb was added because of the thought process involved with creating this piece. My friend was saying how hard it was to create digital works because he has no idea how to and described creating these works as a talent or gift, and thus, putting the idea in my head for this design. The light bulb symbolizes the thought process in creating this work along with the idea that 'popped' into my head at the time of creation.
