Artist Statement Ever since I was old enough to hold a pencil or crayon, I have always had an interest for many types of art forms including nature. I got started in photography around 2000 and like many people I started out with a 35mm camera. I then moved onto digital which has opened a whole new world for me. I am self taught as far as photography goes and love doing it. I have come a long way since I started and am constantly finding new and better techniques to use. I can also draw and paint. Mostly I paint Northwest coastal designs which puts me in touch with my native side since I am native american. One of my many passions is photography.
