Artist Statement Dena is a freelance graphic designer, amateur photographer and mommy extraordinaire. Her interest in photography began during her time at Boston University, while she was earning her degree in Film and Television from the College of Communication. It became more than a hobby when she began working for the photography studio that shot her wedding. It was there that she realized how much she loved the amount of emotion that just one photograph could evoke. Shortly after, Dena's husband bought her first SLR: the original Canon EOS Digital Rebel. The love affair had begun. And it's as hot as ever.

Dena currently resides in Stratford, CT with her husband, beautiful daughter and 2 loud (but insanely cute) beagles.
