Artist Statement I'm female and taken and I come from Ireland's so-called Sunny South East. I have lived in Wales for some time now and have always had the sea and mountains close by. Although both countries differ, there are many similarities too. I enjoy a rural location and so can photograph nature here where I live, as well as when I travel home to Ireland. In Wales, there are many castles in good repair compared to Ireland, and even the ruined ones are quite spectacular too. I am starting out in photography, having only begun in earnest this Spring ('08).
