Artist Statement I was born in Atlanta, Georgia. At a very young age I became interested in creative processes such as creating short films, photography, poetry and art. I received a management degree from Richard's College of Business at the University of West Georgia and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.

In 2002, I co-founded SlapShot Entertainment, an independent video production company to produce short films. As digital cameras have became more popular, so has my interest in digital photography. I bought a Canon 300D Digital Rebel when they were first introduced and I fell in love with D-SLR photography. Some of my favorite shots can be found in the Gallery section of this site. In January of 2007 I joined the National Association of Photoshop Professionals to further my graphic design and photography post-production education.

Other interests of mine include Shotokan karate, radio controlled aircraft, wakeboarding and spending time with my wonderful family. I am a member of the Carrollton Dawnbreakers Rotary club, where I serve as the photographer, author of the e-bulletin and webmaster. I am also a lifetime member of the Loyal Order of the Kappa Alpha Order and the University of Georgia Alumni Association. I am also a member of the Carrollton First United Methodist Church.
