Hello all you Canadians out there!
I'm sure there must be a lot of us, so let's see what images you have of this beautiful country of ours!  I'm hoping to get pictures and art from every province and territory.  Here's my offerings from Ontario and Alberta.

Thanks for the invitation Ariana, I will look in my portfolio to see what I can upload. I have been soooo busy with commission work that I haven't had time to load much in my gallery! Cheers Jan

Hello from Ontario.  I am finally trying to figure out how this site works.  It's nice to meet some fellow Canucks!  :)

Thanks for the invite.
Coincidentally, I'm working on a painting of Old Montreal - I will post it in the gallery when it'll be completed.

Fantastic! I  have to get my butt down there, it's so beautiful in the winter. I look forward to seeing the finished product!

Yes, definately, Old Montreal is great in winter, so beautiful and quiet :)
Here you go; I added my painting to the gallery - It features skaters in front of the Old Bonsecours Market. -It's not in my usual style as I'm used to paint realistically but I wanted to try impasto and I thought that this particular subject would work well - I'm not entierly satisfied with this painting but it's alright and it was fun experimenting :)

Just posted one from southern B.C. (Vaseaux Lake) and will put up later from the Yukon.  I live in southern B.C. so that's where most are from, but I do wander........
