Artist Statement Aloha and Mahalo for visiting! Five years ago I packed my bags and took a leap of faith and moved to the Big Island of Hawaii from Las Cruces, NM. It was one of the best decisions of my life, while it is somewhat difficult at times, it is for sure incredibly worth it! The Big Island is a budding photographer's dream, I am so fortunate to be surrounded by immense beauty everyday. I am deaf and I rely on my eyes and my other senses which that allow me to see the world just a little bit differently. I am working on many images and will continue to post them in an effort to grow as a photographer.
