Artist Statement As a public health freelance consultant, I help women who are experiencing life overwhelm or are beginning to have anxiety and panic issues as a result of unsuccessful attempts at finding an effective solution for balancing work/life issues. By gaining an understanding of how the five elements of self (physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and one's inner drive/spirit) relate to personal health and well-being and identifying real obtainable solutions to self preservation. Assisting in finding the personal skills needed to boost the elemental areas that are low, and limit the elements that are taking up too much needed energy.
Part of this work involves utilizing a variety of platforms for healing. In this particular instance is is digital abstract art. This process improves emotional connections and allows the flow of emotions to follow a constructive, not destructive path. Over time, my goal is for other women to add their own digital art. This is a win-win. Women find a genuine healthy outlet for their emotions and a way to make a little money and you, the client can purchase affordable, and absolutely authentic digital art that is meaningful and creatively artistic.
