How will my item be shipped?
All items are carefully packaged in boxes designed to protect your frame and print while in transit from our facilities to your home. Imagekind offers three shipping options: Ground, Two Business Day, and Next Business Day. Typically (though not in all cases), Federal Express will be delivering your packages. We reserve the right to change shipping partners as we determine (eg. international shipments, etc). Greeting cards are sent via US Postal Service.

What about international import duties?
The international shipping charges do not include the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery. Please go to our shipping provider www.fedex.com for more information.

How do I know my item has shipped?
You can view shipping information for your order in the Purchase History tab in the Member Account area. Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided for each item in your order.

What if my item is damaged when it arrives?
Items that arrive damaged should be immediately reported to Imagekind Customer Service. In order to process damaged items, please report any damage caused during shipping to care@imagekind.com as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days. Please include your Order # for quicker processing. A customer service representative will contact you with further instructions. Imagekind is not responsible and will not replace unreported damaged items that are older than 45 days from receipt of product.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund on the price of the item. To return it to us, please pack it in the original packaging and include the completed Return Form. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
