Artist Statement Billi French is an illustrator/painter with a BA is Studio Art from the University of Maryland. She uses mediums such as pen and ink, pencil, acrylic paints, oil paints, charcoal, pastel, and digital media (photoshop). Her work can be categorized as realistic, fantasy, and humorous, but she is also very versatile in her skill to produce work that fits a lot of different concepts.
