Description forsythia branch and leaves were left on photo paper in the sun, and the paper recorded the impression of the plant. i make these prints often, they are called 'lumen prints' and are some of the oldest types of photography. like the early photographs, these lumen prints i make do not last, they can not be 'fixed' so the image fades away both in darkness and in light. the image is also undermined by the scanner.
