Artist Statement I am a photo artist, and a landscape quilt artist. I use my photos for inspiration for many of the quilt patterns, and quilts I have created. I have been photographing mostly birds, but also wildflowers, wildlife, and other images I like for many years. I try to create photos that please the eye, make people feel good, evoke good memories and emotions. I have done little with my collection of photos over the years so I have a vast backlog of things to show. my interest is in creating things people like and want so that they do not just stay in my private collection, but go on to people who will enjoy them over the years.
