Artist Statement I have just finished my two year course in photography. The first time I picked up a camera was on a trip to Japan, in Kyoto. 2005. It was a disposable Fujifulm holiday camera I stole from my mother when my eyes were crossed with the sight of a cloud of cherry blossoms following the wall towards a temple in the area. I still have the photographs to this day.
Since then I've devoted my life to photography and every day I shoot something new in and around St Albans and London, where I live.
Ulitmately I'd love to shoot the entire world - and not just the sights and tourist hot spots. My goal is to photograph most of the worlds UNICEF support areas, and make a book about the children within these hostels of hope.
But for now I'm trying to make a name for myself, and ultimately find the funding to do this.
I hope you enjoy my work - I've tried to chose the most pictorial images for this context.
