Artist Statement I believe that art, and creation, are what touch the deepest parts of our humanity and knit us together as people.

Thought I have worked in many media, my chosen favorites are oil paint, charcoal and the camera lens.

I have a formal education in Fine Arts (Painting & Drawing), and I continue to travel the world in search of the muse, be it the Old Masters, modern artists or nature itself.

I live and create in Chicago, Illinois, USA where there is no shortage of cultural, historical and social inspiration.
