Description this is the stone bridge in pawtuxet village, warwick rhode island. this used to be the border between providence and warwick but now is just a quaint bridge over the pawtuxet river.pawtuxet village is where one of the first acts of colonial defiance happened with the burning of the hms gaspee on the sandbar near this bridge in 1772.
