Description The first mention of the city dates back to the year 1087, under the name sancto Iuliano de Ferrol, where Ferrol is probably the local evolution of the genitive form of the Latin anthroponym Ferreolus; as such, Ferrol was probably, in origin, the estate of one Ferreolus. The name Ferrol was adopted in 1982 but is documented at least by the fifteenth century.
My work has been published in journals, photography books and exhibited in Galleries. Some of my images have been purchased by private collectors.
Most images were taken in Galicia. a region in the north of Spain. Small coastal towns bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, breathtaking panoramas taken in lowlight conditions enhance the natural beauty of this part of the world.
