Artist Statement I'm a freelance photographer working with both professional digital techniques (Canon camera, Epson scanner/large format printer, and Photoshop CS3) and traditional methods (Hasselblad camera, developing 120mm roll film). I’ve so far focused on Fine Art Reportage for my personal work. Though I enjoy other types of photography (still life, action, portraiture) and my portfolio is ever-growing with these genres.

I take a great deal of pride in trying to capture and produce an image that could be hung on the wall as art, and emote a positive feeling in the viewer for a reason they possibly can't explain. Or simply produce a photograph that I find beautiful and interesting, and which hopefully another viewer would be moved to purchase. Additionally, producing a photograph that supports, informs or guides the viewer in some way, is very fulfilling.
