Artist Statement It is so splendiferously wonderful that we're both reading these exact same words but at different times. Kinda blows your mind, if you think about it.

I am Christa and I am a writer and artist. They're great things to be. I can't believe it took me so long to get here.

My ideas and emotions are hardly unique, but once in awhile I'm able to capture it on paper or canvas. Sometimes, a piece doesn't come out the way I envisioned. Instead, an idea often happens the way it wishes to be borne, rather than the limited version I anticipated.
