Artist Statement I've been behind the camera now for almost 40 years, first with an old Kodak Duaflex, a 620 rollfilm camera which was a gift from a family member. I was instantly hooked and have never looked back. Since then I've used a variety of equipment from 35mm point-and-shoot compacts to 6x4.5 medium format, and all stops in between. These days I used predominantly Canon DSLR's and would one day love to have a digital medium format camera.....one can but dream....







I turned professional in 1989, initially concentrating on portraiture, but since then I've gone onto other areas and these days I much prefer either landscape or still-life, though I still keep my people-centred hand in with portraiture and promotional shoots.





Post-production work is carried out using Photoshop CS4. I also use Photomatix Pro, Helicon Focus and Portrait Pro Max as and when required.
