Artist Statement Working mostly with traditional painting media such as oil and acrylic, while trying to interpret the spirit of the present age, Zlatko Music (pronounced Muszich) as a contemporary artist portrays the time in which we live.
The process of creating an artwork is usually an instantaneous impression of a motif, which is then transferred and depicted onto a canvas in a short period of time.
Such approach contributes to pure colors and loose style of drawing.
Endeavoring to capture and freeze the moment , thus documenting the moment as experiencing it, the artist explores the transience of time through his works.
Although his work often portrays urban scenes, Zlatko frequently explores abstract visions of landscapes and portraits.
Zlatko Music was born 1985 in Banja Luka (Bosnia and Herzegovina), where he still lives and works.
