Artist Statement I am a modern fauvist artist living and working in Los Angeles. As a true LA native, born in Hollywood, I have absorbed all of the diverse culture of the City of Angels has had to offer and tell its story with vibrancy and color. Using recycled materials, I breathe life back into the used and discarded. personalize the sensual female form, walk through the darkest alleys and interpret horrific events throughout history. My work tells a story about the street and about myself, none too shocking or familiar. Nothing is ever to be taken for granted and nothing is ordinary.
