Description 'The Moon Garden' is a print from a one-of-a-kind original acrylic painting that was inspired by the life and serenity of a magical summer's evening.
Bask in the silver glow of the shimmering moonlight, and feel the warm breeze of the night's breath surrounding and embracing your entire being.
Waves of a delicate perfume swirl freely from the mystical Datura plant, begging you like a gypsy moth to follow the alluring incense back to it's flawless source.
The fresh dew sparkles and glistens as it dusts the landscape--a dancing powdered sugar dipped in delicate moonlight.
Your ears are filled with the blissful, pulsing, primal rhythm of the grand chorus of crickets and frogs--amplifying and flowing--the heartbeat of the night herself.
Fireflys contribute their romantic ambiance as they cast thousands of twinkling lights--a tiny galaxy--circling within a larger, more advanced tiny galaxy.
This moment is harmony--in it's purest state.
'The Moon Garden' is a beautiful and enchanting piece that is bursting with tiny hidden details as it highlights the gleaming jewel of life. It has an air of tranquility and calmness, and it captivates the very essence of imagination and wonder. This is a piece that will be looked at with high esteem for many years to come!
The original acrylic painting was created in 2010 on a 16'x20'x1/2' stretched canvas.

The moon is our constant companion of silent strength, changes, and graceful movement...
This is Kaleidoscope Moon.
I have been in love with art and animals for all of my life, and I surround myself with both of them daily. Ever since I can remember I have studied the shapes, movements, and 'feeling' of nature and all of the beautiful life around us. I have an excellent understanding and relationship with my art and with the subjects that I am working with. It is because of that relationship that I can capture the details that bring out the unique personality of the subject--and that is what brings my art 'to life.'
I'm in the midst of new growth. I love being alive, and I try to see the best in every moment. The universe is constantly offering gifts to us--some might not be as big or presently noticeable as others--but I am thankful for every single one of them. If you see anything that interests you, or you would like a custom piece created for you--please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to provide you with the image that you request. Thank you!
