Description This started out as some colors that interested me enough to play with for one of my Abstractions, but after a few minutes I realized I was painting something more. Now, my sometimes overly fertile imagination sees a Full Moon partially hidden by the windblown branches of a Weeping Willow draped with long moss. All of this is viewed from the darkened interior of a veranda as we look out into a mist-filled and eerie night.

I've always loved color. Having a box of crayons when I was a little girl was Heaven to me and I remember that my favorite color in the box was Periwinkle. I even liked the name. Now I love to find the color in life. I enjoy drawing, painting, creating jewelry, taking photographs, writing, making films and documentaries, and discovering new ways to create every day.
Some of my work from here and a few additional images are also available on my Zazzle site listed above. At that site, you can get my work on products like regular mugs, morphing mugs, postage stamps, clothing for all ages, home decor, buttons, stickers, magnets and much more.
I've been very proud to receive several art awards for my work since I started sharing it with the public in the last year. I also started a new career as Station Manager for a new television station, so I don't have the time I used to have to do my artwork.
Smile -- It makes them wonder what you've been up to!
