Artist Statement A picture for me is more than a bunch of pretty colors put together, a desktop, a piece of art, rather pictures trigger vivid memories from my life. For example my picture "Helix" brings back, that I was on my school campus, that the jacket I had on was not warm enough, the intense orange color of the sky and the way the floor was a hard grit biting my knees. I think most people view photos this way, but I like that a little piece of paper can be my window to the past.

Now that I have been philosophical about photography I can just say that I like to take photographs plane and simple I like to hold a camera and capture an image. The sad part is, currently I never seem to have enough time to take as many as I would like, but someday I will have more time to devote to my passion. As you can see by my variety of photos that I don't really have a specific genre that I prefer, because right now I am looking for that genre, maybe it is because I have not had enough time to focus on one or that I like to photograph everything. Someday I will find it, but in the mean time have a look at my photos and buy some if you are feeling generous, and most importantly, enjoy!
