Description Trees on the cliff path to Durgan, near Mawnan Smith, Cornwall. This ancient area of woodland, lying between modern farmland and the thirteenth century church of St. Maunanus, leads down to the Helford River. This is the fifth and last in a series of studies by Gill Kingsland, exploring the patterns of light, shadow and history in the untamed wood.
