Description One day as I was turning into my street to go home, sunset was just hitting this clock's scenery, making silhouettes of the trees. I decided to paint something that had local flavor, giving it a slight hint of beautiful African colors, since so many in our neighborhood are either immigrants from Africa, or African Americans.
Natalie Cardon, Greater Washington DC Metro Area Member Since January 2011 Artist Statement I’m a young mom with a life-long love of painting watercolor. I was once given the advice “the bigger and splashier the better.” I hope that my paintings show the joy I feel in color and nature.
