Oleg Portnoy is an illustrator and graphic designer from Toronto, Canada. He was born in Moscow, Russia in 1983. When he was eight years old he traveled to Israel with his family and spent two years living there before coming to Canada.

Oleg’s editorial illustrations have appeared in publications in North America, which include The National Post, The Financial Post, Feathertale Review Magazine, and Exodus Magazine.
