The Rocky Mts are my favorite wilderness area to photograph.This gallery group,consists of photos taken in the backcountry/highcountry trips, inside Snowmass Wilderness Area, traveling by foot,with a packpack on East Creek Trail,Gift Creek Trail,Avalanche Creek Trail,to Avalanche Lake and Capitol Lake.On the trip to Capitol lake, I was turned back early,due to a low pressure weather frount, which brought more snow over night,I was unable to cross the pass to Capitol lake,I will return to Capitol lake in June of 2012

April 2015 I embarked on a hike on the PCT around mile 204 I injured my foot, but continued North until mile 318 where I departed the trail. I've included some photos under the PCT gallery.
