Alexis was born in Williamstown Massachusetts, August of 1988. Childhood was spent barefoot, exploring the woods around her New England home. Much of her work is inspired by the natural world. In 2006 Alexis left the small New England town, and moved to the city of Boston. In Boston she pursued and completed her education. Alexis is a graduate of The School of The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and Tufts University (BFA). When her education was behind her she began traveling the world, chasing inspiration to the Caribbean, Europe and the Middle East.
