Description The Cross of Moone, the most magnificent of all the Celtic High Crosses. I used to cycle to it and would have it all to myself as I would sit alone eating a sandwich in the presence of its carved stone greatness. When they moved it inside the church for protection I was a little saddened even though it's clearly for the best.
